 Lineage II Interlude - Private Server Client Patch
 Server: 65.109.225.185   (Interlude / C6)
================================================================

WHAT THIS IS
------------
A drop-in "system" folder that turns a CLEAN RETAIL Lineage II
Interlude client into a ready-to-play client for this server:

  * No GameGuard (removed - launches straight to the game)
  * Connects to 65.109.225.185 on the standard ports (login 2106,
    game 7777) - the address is already baked into l2.ini
  * Works on Windows 10 / 11

REQUIREMENTS
------------
  * A CLEAN RETAIL Lineage II Interlude (C6) client installation.
    (A normal, unmodified Interlude client - the patch's startup
     integrity check needs the matching retail data files.)

HOW TO INSTALL
--------------
  1. Install a clean retail Lineage II Interlude client.
  2. Copy the "system" folder from this patch into your Lineage II
     install directory, OVERWRITING the existing "system" folder.
       (Tip: back up your original "system" folder first if you
        ever want to revert.)
  3. Done.

HOW TO PLAY
-----------
  1. Run:  <Lineage II>\system\l2.exe
  2. At the login screen, type ANY username and password - an
     account is created automatically on first login.
  3. Select the server and enter the game.

TROUBLESHOOTING
---------------
  * "General protection fault ... UOrcMove::CalculateCRC32" at
    startup = your base client is NOT a clean retail Interlude
    client (modified/incomplete data files). Reinstall a clean
    retail Interlude client, then re-apply this patch.

  * Crash / "0xc0000005" right at launch = right-click l2.exe ->
    Properties -> Compatibility -> "Windows XP (Service Pack 3)"
    and "Run as administrator".

  * Can't connect / "server unavailable" = the server must be
    online. As a fallback you can also add this line to
    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts :
        65.109.225.185   L2authd.Lineage2.com

NOTES
-----
  * This patch is just the client "system" folder. Your retail
    client's textures, maps, sounds, etc. are kept as-is.
  * Nothing here phones home; the server IP is the only network
    target.
